Shipping Policy

To ensure the timeliness of delivery completion, the data provided by the user should be complete, accurate, and recent. Otherwise, it is not the liability of the company if delivery to the actual location. Omill Tradind and the third-party courier should be able to contact the user via a valid mobile phone number and email address.

Order Cut-off Timing:

Weekday orders (Monday – Friday) comply with the following:

• For orders made by 2 PM, the parcel will be subject to next-day delivery.
• For orders made beyond 2 PM, the parcel will be shipped within two days.

Weekend orders will be delivered on weekdays. In particular:

• Orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday.
• Orders placed on a Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday

Delivery Schedule:

Above mentioned information on delivery locations and schedules do not cover remote areas that are not serviceable due to restrictions and other reasons. Do note that working days are from Monday to Saturday and that no shipping and delivery processes are available on Sundays, holidays, or public holidays.
